A lifestyle video tour, inside and out.
Modera Buckhead is a 22-story, 425-unit apartment tower at 3005 Peachtree Road in Buckhead, Atlanta. Mill Creek Residential built it in 2016. Cortland bought it in 2025 and renamed it Cortland at Buckhead Village.
We filmed the property inside and out with models, added drone footage of the tower and the neighborhood, then edited it with music and graphics.
